“ Having just arrived in Paris, we needed to sit down, have a drink and a small bite. We ended up in Le Soufflot. 2 1664s and a mixed platter of cheese and cured meats later in a pleasant environment we were ready to go again. Nice for a quick pitstop. ”

Very decadent. The toast that came with the foie gras was from the famous Poilane bakery! Loved that! The waiter spoke English well. ”

I also got a mocktail mojito that was also delicious and refreshing and topped off lunch with an even more refreshing tasty and sweet (not too tart) lemon sorbet! I hope to one day go back to Le Soufflot and glad we randomly found and stopped here to eat. Such a great place to sit and relax with the Pantheon in sight! ”
